Business Goal
Increase fall occupancy by transforming multiple Holiday Inn Club Vacations properties into immersive seasonal destinations that encouraged family travel while introducing new guests to the brand.
Challenge
Holiday Inn Club Vacations partnered with Slingshot to develop Falladays, a six-week seasonal campaign spanning multiple Texas resorts. The challenge was translating a single creative vision into a consistent guest experience across multiple properties while maintaining operational flexibility and brand consistency.
Strategy
Rather than treating Falladays as a traditional seasonal promotion, the campaign extended beyond advertising into the physical resort environment. Photography, video, environmental graphics, wayfinding, and event branding worked together to create a cohesive experience while allowing each property to retain its own character.
Execution
Working alongside internal marketing teams and Slingshot, I led photography, video production, and creative execution across multiple campaign touchpoints. My focus was translating the campaign vision into production-ready assets and environmental experiences that could be implemented consistently across every resort.
Outcome
Successfully executed across multiple Texas resort locations
Unified photography, video, environmental graphics, and guest communications under one campaign identity
Extended a single creative vision into a scalable on-property guest experience
Supported six weeks of family programming, seasonal events, and guest engagement
Campaign Story
Rather than relying on seasonal decorations alone, Falladays transformed multiple resort properties into immersive family destinations inspired by the arrival of fall in Texas. Guests experienced a consistent visual identity across activity guides, event signage, environmental graphics, photography, and video while enjoying everything from hay mazes and pumpkin bowling to outdoor movies and evening campfires.
By translating the campaign into physical spaces as well as digital storytelling, the work blurred the line between marketing campaign and guest experience. Every touchpoint reinforced the Falladays identity, creating a memorable seasonal destination that guests could experience long after they arrived.
